Furniture Arrangement Policy Objective: To provide clear guidelines for our furniture arrangement service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. 1. Consultation Process: We offer on-site consultations to help clients choose furniture that fits their style and needs. This can include visiting stores together for hands-on selection. 2. Service Fee: A one-time upfront payment of 50 BD is required for the consultation and arrangement service. This fee covers our time and expertise in assisting you with furniture selection. 3. Design Approval: Following the consultation, we will provide recommendations based on your preferences. Clients are encouraged to approve selections before finalizing any purchases. 4. Scheduling: Consultations will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. A minimum of 2 days' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. 5. On-Site Implementation: Once furniture is selected, our team will assist with the arrangement in your space, ensuring optimal layout and functionality. 6. Customer Responsibility: Clients should be prepared to make purchases during store visits, as all decisions regarding furniture selections will be made on-site. 7. Payment Terms: The upfront fee of 50 BD is required before the consultation begins. Additional costs for furniture purchases will be determined separately based on client selections. 8. Follow-Up: We encourage feedback after the arrangement to ensure your satisfaction and make any necessary adjustments. 9. Liability: Ivy Interiors is not responsible for any damages incurred during the selection or transportation of furniture.
