At Ivy Interiors, we strive to provide exceptional interior design and execution services. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction, and we understand that circumstances can change. Please review our refund policy carefully:
Consultation Fee
The initial consultation fee is non-refundable. This fee covers our time and expertise in understanding your project requirements.
Design Phase

Once the design proposal is accepted and the project has commenced, the design fee is non-refundable. This includes all design concepts, revisions, and presentations.

If you request significant changes after the design has been finalized, additional fees may apply.
Execution Phase

For services related to project execution (e.g., renovations, and installations), a deposit is required before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has started.

If you cancel the project within Three (3) days before execution starts or materials are ordered, we will refund 90% of the deposit, minus the initial consultation fee and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
Changes and Cancellations

if you wish to cancel or make significant changes to the project after the execution phase has begun, please notify us in writing. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to deductions for work completed and materials purchased.
Quality Assurance

If you experience issues with our work, contact us within [7 days] of completion. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution, which includes repairs or adjustments.
